Clinton Howell is President of Art and Antique Dealers League of America (AADLA) (2011 to present) and President of Confederation Internationale des Negociants en Oeuvres d'Art, (CINOA) (2017-to present. Clinton graduated from Hobart College in 1971; he attended the London College of Furniture 1972-75. He had workshop on Narrow St., Limehouse, London 1974-5, and opened restoration workshop in Bedford, NY 1976. Clinton opened first antique gallery in Pound Ridge, NY 1981; he moved the gallery to New York City in 1993 and closed his gallery in 2016 to become a private dealer. Clinton founded and published English Antique Furniture Newsletter 1977-81. He was Associate editor, Art and Auction Magazine 1981-2000.
